The filmmaker has spent years meeting people at their doors, offering them films out of the mainstream. His wanderings through the neighbourhoods are haunted by the news of a distant war across the mountains and the restless echo of a poem.
This film-manifesto tries to find out the real motives of this seemingly innocuous act of peddling. It explores our relationship to cinema and information, to our collective imagination.
