There’s something magical about the site on the Chabissen Alp in Toggenburg, where the “Heie” monumental sculpture by the Danish sculptor Jesper Neergard has stood for many years. Following the scandal concerning the installation of the sculpture made of Carrara marble, it faded into obscurity. Nowadays, those who have visited the sculpture speak of the site’s unique energy, of reconciliation, tolerance and open-mindedness. The film portrays how art in public spaces can affect life.
