The film accompanies the internationally renowned choreographer as he creates his ballet production “Wäre heute morgen und gestern jetzt“, providing unique insights into his work. In a constant dialogue with the dancers in the ballet studio, Spoerli works with intense concentration with his ensemble, creating and refining and transforming music into movement. Spoerli is a perfectionist as well as a terrific narrator. The contents of his stories are images of life expressed in dance that reveal their great visual power on the stage.
