Twenty years after her mother’s suicide, Chantal, the youngest of five siblings, returns home. For twenty years, her brothers and her sister acted as if the deed had never happened. Now they can no longer remain silent. A film about the inability to communicate and the price that is paid for it. Contrary to the expected seriousness of the subject, the main character tells her story with a lot of humour and a self-critical and ironic glance at her own inability to communicate.
