Pee Kheang is a 17-year-old living in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He lives with his family in the White Building, a vestige testifying of the Cambodian modernity before Khmer Rouge regime. Pee Kheang and his friends enjoy modern technologies while his mother explains him the KhmerRouge regime she lived in.
