This film reveals the consequences of restrictive measures linked to the pandemic. In St. Gallen, 8,000 false documents led to heavy sentences. In Geneva, almost 9,000 people have suffered various penalties for failing to comply with the COVID laws. The documentary gives a voice to the victims and gathers testimonies of job losses linked to the failure to wear a mask or to vaccinate. Observers such as journalist Jacques Pilet and former national counsellor Suzette Sandoz analyse these situations.
