A journey through sun-filled Southern France, to the Camargue and Provence, where a unique custom involving the indigenous, half-wild bulls has evolved over the centuries. At the heart of this deeply rooted tradition is the “Course Camarguaise”, an athletic, bloodless trial of strength between man and animal, during which young men compete to snatch the rosette tied between the horns of a bull or cow.
