An homage to the self-sufficient lifestyle that still existed at the beginning of the 20th century in the villages of Münster and Geschinen, as well as to the inhabitants of Goms, who learned to defy the whims of nature. Thanks to the reports of nine elderly eyewitnesses from Goms, this film is a journey back in time that allows us to understand the customs and conventions from the beginning of that period, re-experience the main events and pose questions as to the future of this Alpine region.
