A fascinating documentary film about Swiss wrestling, portraying the roots of the Schläpfer dynasty and its two descendants, namely wrestling champions Jörg Abderhalden and Ernst Schläpfer. Although the two are genuine superstars, they both face major problems. Jörg Abderhalden was seriously injured one year ago while defending his title and has to start from the bottom in his fight to regain the title. Ernst Schläpfer is chairman of the wrestling assciation’s board and struggles with advertising policies, dissatisfied wrestlers and a general assembly of delegates who do not agree with his approach.
