René has decided to join the Pontifical Swiss Guard. He arrives at the Vatican with other young recruits. René is a theology student and he is wondering about his faith and his own role. What does it mean to be part of such a colorful and anachronistic military body, in particular as it relates to a "revolutionary" figure such as Pope Francis? The young soldier searches for answers for himself but also for his brothers in arms.
