François Junod, a maker of automatons, has achieved his childhood dream. Over the years, he has gained a worldwide reputation, and orders for his works or invitations to exhibit them pour in from many countries: Japan, Saudi Arabia and the United States of America, to name but a few. An important order from Spain provides the perfect backdrop for portraying this remarkable artist-craftsman, assisted by a loyal and dedicated team of enthusiasts. We discover a man who loves mechanics and poetry, his creations ranging from traditional automatons to modern, more personal works. He is a master who continues to gaze upon the world through the eyes of a child, full of dreams and desires.
