An old man spends every penny he has saved to buy - a town? a village? Nobody knows for sure. The place is destined for his grandson Samuel. Together and without telling a soul they set off on their journey. The passing of this legacy, and its very nature, are to be intimately associated with a legend from Yiddish folklore: “Snow in Chelm”.
