Looking out of the window, a woman sees herself in the process of leaving the courtyard through a door. Then suddenly she finds herself on a railway track in the “no man’s land” of a big city. A mirror breaks. Trying to find her reflection in it, she instead falls into streams of unconsciousness beyond the world of the senses. In a dreamlike state, she travels ever deeper into a surreal world.
