Life is not easy for the Balog family. They live in the countryside of eastern Hungary with their seven children. The parents struggle to make ends meet. The eldest son, Ruben, is unsatisfied with his life and by the lack of perspective a future in his country offers. His sister Lilla works in Germany as a waitress. She misses her family terribly and her greatest dream is to return home.
