“The original picture in one's own mind is not necessarily the picture one paints but, in creating it, ones personality develops" (E. Moehsnang). His pictures developed slowly over the years and appear to have been painted spontaneously. Moehsnang observes his work, adds a quick brushstroke, and relaxes afterwards to reconsider his painting. Through this activity he is able to accept his own personality and, in a way, is able to understand the characteristic intentions of his own works of art. This portrait of the artist shows us his pictures and his method of working over the course of one year.
