Made in the classic cut-out style of animation, a tragic love story about a woman who finally finds her husband again. He is in a locked psychiatric ward, detached from reality in his own protective world of dreams and memories: a perpetual dance with his beloved wife. The only way he can grasp reality – his room, the staff members and at long last his wife – is by painfully banging his head against the wall of his room. His wife, however, does not understand him or this bizarre, dreadful behaviour. Unable to bear what for her appears to be extremely painful, she flees.
