An old Jewish couple is planning a summer vacation. She wants to go to Israel, and definitely not to Switzerland, a courtry that once refused to grant her admittance. Bot he won't have it. Israel is too hot, and anyway it's full of Arabs. So off to Switzerland they go, where he has a heart attack. The nurse who saves his life is from Palestine.
