The film sheds light on the artistic process of the American dance pioneer Anna Halprin and captures the team spirit that stands behind the unique performance she created with 50 senior citizens from all walks of life in two California retirement homes. Shaped by Halprin’s conviction that dance and movement generate the courage to express oneself, the film illustrates how the senior citizens express a personal message to future generations in a dance performance. In doing so, they activate their own resources over and over again.
