Filmmaker Conti Rossini questions why her protagonists, four men and women, do not possess a driving license. What or whom is stopping them from acquiring what is almost as important as oxygen to live? And how do they organize their life around this ‘handicap’? The film searches for answers with their help, and besides each individual’s subjective reasons, discovers that there are further issues that affect our future and how our society functions.
