The daily battle of the transplant team assisting Michel and Mike, two transplant patients at the University Hospitals of Geneva, runs a difficult course. The story of two remissions: two patients who were saved from certain death by strangers‘ organs, but whose existence was diminished by illness over the years, cutting them off from the world and their families. Two singular stories of return to life in which the aid of caregivers involves a commitment much greater than simply medical.
