Hundreds of deaths are caused by stray bullets every year in America… innocent lives caught at the wrong place at the wrong time. In Paterson, a town 20 minutes from New York City, gangs rule the streets. The film chronicles the fall and attempt at redemption of Paterson citizens after the killing of 12-year-old Genesis Rincon. It explores the many connections between the people impacted by this tragedy.
