Cla Famos, businessman, hotelier, smuggler, hunter and “father” of the “Acla da Fans”, is celebrating his 80th birthday this year. Famos is the epitome of an “original”. He knows just about everyone in the region of Lower Engadine; they call him “Cla da Foggia”, without exactly knowing why. He is especially famous for his stories, with which he has cast a spell over his listeners time and again for years.
