Katharina is driving through Poland. Marilyn is dreaming of L.A. They happen to meet in a shabby motel. Marilyn is fascinated by the seemingly reserved woman with her videocamera. She tries every trick to stop her from leaving the motel. The cursory encounter with the high-spirited Polish woman turns Katharina’s life completely upside down.
