The documentary portrays the outer and inner livescapes of Annemarie Mahler. Born in Vienna in 1926, this Austrian-American artist was forced to flee to the United States as a twelve-year old in 1939. In front of the camera, she develops an intimate dialogue with herself that advances in a series of autobiographical miniatures. Narrative art, which touches on the wonderland of a Viennese childhood in Manhattan.
