Born in 1983 in Latvia. Latvian citizenship. 2007 BA in Visual Communication from the Art Academy of Latvia. 2012 MA in Animation from HSLU (Hochschule Luzern, Design & Kunst). Works as illustrator, animator and graphic designer. 2014 Swiss Film Award Best Animated Film for “The Kiosk”.
