Born in 1966 in Thun, Switzerland. Attended Fine Arts school in Bern. Since 1993 mixed-media projects and exhibits in Switzerland and abroad. 2005 Cofounds nadaproductions with choreographer Amanda Piña and works since then as artistic director, writer and performer. His short films won awards and became film festival favourites. His feature-length WALDEN (2018) won the Jury Prize in Karlovy Vary and the Emerging Swiss Talent Award at the Zurich Film Festival and was screened among others at Sundance, Rotterdam, and Lincoln Center in New York. His feature-length docufiction SPHERES is in production.
