Elie Chapuis

Born in Lausanne (Switzerland) in 1980, he graduated from EMCA, École des Métiers du Cinéma d'Animation (France), in 2002. Since then, he has worked as a marionette animator for animated films. After starting his career on MAX & CO by Samuel and Frédéric Guillaume, he went on to work on MA VIE DE COURGETTE and SAUVAGES! by Claude Barras, as well as with Wes Anderson on FANTASTIC MR FOX and ISLE OF DOGS. In 2011 he joined the team at Hélium Films in Lausanne, where he made IMPOSTEUR and CANARD, his films as a director, and where he is developing his next projects.
