Born in 1984. An experienced visual artist and director with a transdisciplinary approach to film, fine arts and theatre. He started his career as a journalist before completing a Master in film directing at ZHdK (Zurich University of the Arts) and later going on to graduate from the Drehbuchwerkstatt Munich. After concluding his formative training under Andrej Wajda in Warsaw, he then worked as an assistant to Frank Castorf and Rene Pollesch at the Schauspielhaus Zurich. He works both independently and in collaboration with Rio Wolta, and has won numerous international awards. He is based in Zurich where he also teaches at the F+F Schule für Kunst und Design.
