Walo Deuber
Screenwriter, Director, Cinematographer
1947-2017. Studied Literature and History in Zurich and Berlin. 1976 Receives Doctorate in Zurich. Until 1981 journalist for various Swiss newspapers and editor for Limmat-Verlag in Zurich. 1980-2017 Screenwriter, author and director of films for cinema and television. 1992-95 Editor-in-chief of the television programme “Close-up”. 1998-2014 Teaches screenwriting, film and literature at the HSLU (Hochschule Luzern, Design & Kunst). 2001-07 Visiting professor for Literature and Film at the CSULB (California State University Long Beach).
