Né en 1973 à Agadir (Maroc). Nationalités suisse et française. 1992 Diplôme de photographe professionnel, IREC (Institut de Recherche et Enseignement de la Communication), Monthey. 1994-98 Formation à l'ECAL (École Cantonale d’Art de Lausanne). 1998 Diplôme de l'ECAL, en réalisation. Depuis 1998 cinéaste indépendant. 2009 Fonde Les films du Tigre. 2016 Reçoit le «Prix Louise Weiss», prix de journalisme européen.
