Iliana Estañol

Born in 1978 in Mexico City, Mexico. 2000-02 Studies film directing at the International School of Film and Television San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba. Since 2002 screenplay author, director, assistant direct and editor of films in Swtzerland and abroad. 2003-06 Studies experimental media at the udk (Universität der Künste, Berlin). 2004-06 Assistant professor for various course in interactive filmmaking in Amsterdam, Utrecht and Berlin. 2006-09 Attends the ZHdK (Zürcher Hochschule der Künste). 2009 MA from ZHdK.
