Katalin Gödrös
Director, Screenwriter
Born 1969 in Zurich, Switzerland. The screenwriter and director graduated from the Budapest Film Academy in 1996. Her film MUTANTEN (2002) premiered at the Berlinale. SONGS OF LOVE AND HATE (2010) screened in the international competition in Locarno. Recent works include TV series such as THE UNDERTAKER (2015–2017) for Swiss national TV / Netflix, and JAKOB’S HORSE (post-production, 2023). Since 2008 she is lecturer at various film schools, and since 2021 professor for directing at Internationale Filmschule (Ifs) in Cologne. She is cofounder of the Romani Film Commission.
