Katia Monla
Producer, Screenwriter
Born in Beirut, Katia Monla grew up in Geneva. She graduated from the University of Ottawa, Canada, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and French Literature. She then went on to work in the international music industry in Switzerland, for the Montreux Jazz Festival and EMI Records as a press attaché. She later worked as a freelance journalist for a local daily newspaper and wrote in various columns. In 2014, she started working for independent film production companies and joined Intermezzo Films in 2017.
