Sabine grandit à Genève au bord d'un fleuve tout droit descendu des montagnes. En parallèle à un master en histoire des religions à l'Université de Zurich, se forme au montage et à la réalisation. En 2008 elle crée la société de production TWOSA Films, au sein de laquelle elle évolue en tant que réalisatrice et productrice.
