Uri W. Urech

Born in 1949 in Basel, Switzerland. Studied German and Philosophy. Since 1975 freelance photographer. Studied Audiovisual Design at the Hochschule für Gestaltung und Kunst in Basel. Cofounder of VIA AudioVideoFotoKunst. Since 1992 director and project manager at point de vue audiovisuelle produktionen in Basel. Creator of media installations. Lives and works in Basel and Pumpville, Texas.
