Geboren 1969 in Basel, Schweiz. Lizentiat in Philosophie, Literatur, und Ethnologie. Ausbildung bei Radio DRS als Regisseur und Dramaturg in den Bereichen Hörspiel und Radio-Documentary. Journalismus-Ausbildung der SRG SSR. Filmausbildung in Paris, Düsseldorf und bei Focal Schweiz. Seit 1997 freischaffender Regisseur, Dramaturg und Drehbuchautor. Vorstandsmitglied ARF/FDS Verband Filmregie Drehbuch Schweiz und Vorstandsmitglied Suissimage. Mitglied Europäische Filmakademie.
