Anfang 2024 störten umgedrehte Ortsschilder und Traktoren mit eingeschalteten Rundumlichtern die Ruhe der Landschaft. Die Medien beschrieben die Symptome, doch die Ursachen blieben unklar. Bald kehrte wieder Ruhe ein. Dennoch verschlechtert sich die wirtschaftliche Lage der Landwirtschaft weiter. Der Film begegnet Frauen und Männern, die trotz sinkender Preise und harter Bedingungen täglich kämpfen – vom grossen Betrieb bis zur Mikro-Farm.
