Photographe et réalisateur franco-suisse, né en 1972. Laurent Geslin découvre la photographie lors de ses études d’histoire de l’art. Sa passion première pour la vie sauvage le conduit vers le travail de photographes comme Stephen Dalton ou ‘Nick’ Nichols. Après avoir été guide naturaliste en France, en Afrique du Sud et en Namibie, il s’installe à Londres où il devient photographe professionnel et entame son projet de photographier la faune des villes. Il collabore régulièrement avec les plus grands magazines spécialisés dans la protection de l’environnement. Ces derniers travaux, plus particulièrement consacrés au lynx boréal lui ont conféré une renommée de dimension internationale.LYNX (2021) est son premier film

Born in 1972. Joint French and Swiss citizenship. He discovered photography while studying art history. His initial passion for wildlife led him to the work of photographers such as Stephen Dalton and “Nick” Nichols. After working as a nature guide in France, South Africa and Namibia, he became a professional photographer in London and began his project to photograph urban wildlife. He regularly collaborates with the most important magazines specialising in environmental protection. LYNX (2021) is his first film.
