Noé, 30 ans, un acteur trans issu d'un milieu privilégié, et Kito, 25 ans, un poète et musicien en herbe, se retrouvent dans la villa familiale de Noé sur la Côte d'Azur pour fêter leurs trois ans ensemble. Mais sous la surface scintillante de la Méditerranée, leur histoire d'amour est en train de se déliter. Quand Noé décroche un gros rôle à Londres et s'attend à ce que Kito le suive, leur incompatibilité devient évidente.
Noé, 30 anni, un attore trans di origini privilegiate, e Kito, 25 anni, un poeta e musicista in erba, si ritrovano nella villa di famiglia di Noé sulla Costa Azzurra per festeggiare i loro tre anni insieme. Ma sotto la superficie scintillante del Mediterraneo, la loro storia d'amore sta andando in pezzi.
