Damien a grandi à Genève, sans connaître son père. À trente-deux ans, il apprend qu’il est l’héritier direct de l’Anglais David Bruce, résident taïwanais. Damien s'envole pour Taipei où il rencontre son demi-frère taïwanais Steven. Mais leur héritage est suspendu, car deux autres héritiers manquent. Damien et Steven partent à leur recherche à travers l’île. Un road movie pour retrouver un père et son argent.
