De retour de vacances aux petites heures du matin, un jeune couple marche dans les rues de Zurich, traînant leurs valises derrière eux. Les yeux rougis et épuisés par le voyage, ils se disputent. Alors qu'ils attendent sur le quai de la gare pour rentrer chez eux, un malentendu survient. La confusion s'installe et le doute s'éveille chez l'un d'eux. Où vont-ils à partir de là?
