A glimpse of a time which no longer exists (1948), as witnessed by the engineer Carl – who, using cynicism laced with irony, introduces us into the atmosphere of the DDR. While it would have been impossible at the time to imagine broadcasting these images, DUE TEMPI is completed one day before the 15th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.
