In 1944, the anti-fascist doctors of the Centrale sanitaire suisse joined the resistance movement against the Nazi occupants of Yugoslavia. With scalpel in one hand and kalachnikov in the other, they were embarking on a perilous mission: the Nazis weren't taking any prisoners.
