Concha de Oro for Swiss coproduction in San Sebastian
The documentary film “Los pasos dobles” by Catalonian director Isaki Lacuesta, a Spanish-Swiss coproduction, was honoured with the Golden Shell Award (Concha de Oro) for Best Film at the 59th San Sebastian International Film Festival (September 16-24, 2011).

The documentary film “Los pasos dobles” by Catalonian director Isaki Lacuesta, a Spanish-Swiss coproduction, was honoured with the Golden Shell Award (Concha de Oro) for Best Film at the 59th San Sebastian International Film Festival (September 16-24, 2011). The Golden Shell is the festival’s most prestigious award, presented to the film’s producer by the seven-member jury.
Dan Wechsler, who was featured as the "Producer on the Move" at last year's film festival in Cannes, is the Swiss coproducer of this cinematic portrait of the Spanish contemporary artist Miquel Barceló seeking his doppelganger.
