Flickerfest Sydney

03.01.2007

The first short film festival in the New Year is taking place in summery Australia. The Flickerfest Sydney (January 5 - 14, 2007) is the most important short film event in Down Under. Over the course of ten days, it presents short films from around the world and hosts an international competition. Among the films shown at the event are three Swiss productions: "Jeu/Play" by Georges Schwizgebel as part of the festival competition, "Wir sind dir treu" (Michael Koch) in the Documentary Program, and the summer-comedy "Männer am Meer/Pale Pals" (Reto Caffi) in the "Endless Summer Shorts" special program.

Hopefully, the three directors will return nicely tanned from their summer vacation.
