The eighth film by the Genevan actor and filmmaker Robin Harsch will be screened in competition at the “Cinéma du Réel” Festival in Paris, one of the most important documentary film festivals in Europe. Peter Mettler’s documentary film “The End Of Time” will also be screened at the festival in Paris.

The 29-minute short documentary film “Les cheveux courts, ronde, petite taille” by Genevan Robin Harsch will be screened in the International Short Films Competition of the 35th “Cinéma du Réel” International Documentary Film Festival in Paris (March 21-31). The film premiered last year at the festival in Locarno and is competing against 12 other works for the Short Film Award endowed with EUR 2,500. The documentary film portrays the director’s agitation when he discovers the striking resemblance between his neighbour and his departed mother. It was honoured with an award in Recife last November and will also be screened in the European Competition at the Brive Film Festival in April this year. The Genevan filmmaker and actor Robin Harsch will travel to Paris to present the film personally to the audience and Parisian film professionals attending the festival.
