“Sinestesia” and “Beyond This Place” in competition at European Film Festival in Seville

Erik Bernasconi’s debut film “Sinestesia” will be screened in competition and Kaleo La Belle’s documentary film “Beyond This Place” in the Eurodoc competition at the 7th Seville European Film Festival (November 5-13, 2010).

Erik Bernasconi’s debut film “Sinestesia” will be screened in competition and Kaleo La Belle’s documentary film “Beyond This Place” in the Eurodoc competition at the 7th Seville European Film Festival (November 5-13, 2010). The two directors will present their films personally at the festival.

Christoph Schaub's feature film "Giulias Verschwinden" will be screened in the EFA Selection comprised of films shortlisted for the European Film Award. The nominations will be announced in Seville on November 6. Also in the running for a nomination for the European Film Award is Godard's "Film Socialisme", as announced by SWISS FILMS on September 10, 2010. Furthermore, the festival is screening Godard's classic "A bout de souffle".

Two other film productions round off the Swiss presence in Seville: the feature film "Madly In Love" by Anna Luif, which will be screened in the Intercontinental Dialogue section; and the documentary film "C'était mon rêve" (My Dream Comes True) by Daniel Künzi in the Shooting The War section.
