Swiss animation films at the 13th International Animation Film Festival Fantoche

A total of 21 short animation films from Switzerland are on this year’s programme at Fantoche in Baden, Switzerland.

A total of 21 short animation films from Switzerland are on this year’s programme at Fantoche (September 1-6, 2015) in Baden, Switzerland.

Whereas most of them will be screened in the Swiss Competition, four films have been selected for the International Competition. Swiss film productions can also be discovered in the Kids Competition as well as in the “I know what you did last night” special programme. Nadasdy Film provides a look behind the scenes of its notable animation film studio in Geneva. In addition, the feature-length animation film “Young Perez” by Jean-Jacques Kahn and Franck Van Leeuwen, coproduced by Explicit Films in Paris and Nadasdy Film, will be presented as a work-in-progress. And on display in Baden will be the “Jolieville” installation by the two internationally renowned animation filmmakers Sam and Fred Guillaume.
