Jacqueline Zünd’s “Goodnight Nobody” (production: DOCMINE Productions, Zurich) won the Anna Politkovskaïa Award for Best Feature-Length Documentary Film, endowed with EUR 1,500, at the 33rd Festival International de Films de Femmes in Créteil (March 25 - April 3, 2011). Ramòn Giger was presented an Honourable Mention from the First Films Jury for his debut film “Eine ruhige Jacke” in Paris at the 33rd Cinéma du Réel International Documentary Film Festival (March 24 - April 5). Finally, Gaël Métroz was honoured with the Grand Prize for the film “Nomad’s Land – Sur les traces de Nicolas Bouvier” at the Festival Planète Couleurs in Saint Etienne (April 1-3).

"Goodnight Nobody," which portrays four people suffering from insomnia, was selected by the five-member documentary film jury of the film festival in Créteil. The film had already won an award last year at the Festival Visions du Réel in Nyon and the Swiss Film Prize "Quartz 2011" for Best Film Score this past March.

"Eine ruhige Jacke" portrays the communication challenges between a 26-year-old autistic man, who lives and works in a home for the disabled, and his caretaker. Three film specialists were members of the jury for debut films at the Cinéma du Réel Festival in Paris. The film "Nomad's Land" was produced in 2008 and has already been screened at over fifteen film festivals. In 2009 it was honoured with the Golden Gate Award at the San Francisco International Film Festival.
