A film director from Kosovo, he grew up in Switzerland. He worked several years as a computer scientist. He graduated with a Bachelor in Film from ZHdK (Zürcher Hochschule der Künste). His documentary film ME DASHT' ME DASHT' ME DASHT' (2017) had a successful run at international festivals between including Hot Docs, Solothurn Film Festival and Dokufest, where it won the audience award. He lives in Pristina and Winterthur and works on films with social importance. He cofounded in 2018 the alternative cinema Kino ARMATA to offer free access to alternative culture in a multifunctional space in the center of Prishtina. Furthermore, he leads the non formal NeoSchool Documentary School, which professionally guides new talents into the art of making their first short documentary.
